About the Show

Teens, their parents and grandparents will tune in with 17-yr.-old host, Chelsea Krost, to learn, listen and experience the challenges that teens face everyday. Teen Talk Live gives teens a forum to voice their opinions and discuss important issues with professionals and their peers. Teens need to know they are not alone.

As a teenager herself, Chelsea can relate to the anxiety and frustration of the teenage experience. On Teen Talk Live, Chelsea and her teen panel will connect teens with appropriate professionals and invite listeners to call into the show with helpful thoughts and opinions. Teen Talk Live topics will have a range of programs that will be entertaining as well as educational. Upcoming topics will include drug and alcohol abuse, teen pregnancy and STDs as well as poor body image and how to cope with stress. The show will also have specialists to guide teens in preparing for college and lighter topics such as fashion, sports, restaurants and entertainment. The show will include fun and interesting contests as well as the "The Teen Talk Achievement Award", which will be given to teenagers based on academic merit or outstanding contributions made to their community, school or family.

The goal of Teen Talk Live is to assist in solving teenage problems, to help teens make wise choices, and to guide parents and grandparents through difficult situations to make educated decisions. A common goal we all share as teens and parents is for this generation to be happy and productive individuals for a successful future. We hope that "Teen Talk Live" can be that one show, which will inspire teens to utilize the information we will provide, to make positive changes in their lives.

At Teen Talk Live: IT'S OUR VOICE, OUR OPINION, OUR TIME TO TALK!
